This works great for making pickles. This recipe makes three large cans.

Brine Recipe 

  • 3 cups of distilled water
  • 2 cups of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of pickling salt
  • Garlic
  • Dill

Steps

  • Sterilize cans and lids in boiling water.
  • Once boiled finger tighten lids.
  • Boil with lids for 15 minutes.
