This works great for making pickles. This recipe makes three large cans.
Brine Recipe
- 3 cups of distilled water
- 2 cups of white vinegar
- 1/4 cup of pickling salt
- Garlic
- Dill
Steps
- Sterilize cans and lids in boiling water.
- Once boiled finger tighten lids.
- Boil with lids for 15 minutes.
